Return/cancellation Policy

Specials:
   As it was said the Water Walking balls that we sell as specials are used balls. They don’t have any holes and don’t let he air in so are allowed for using. Since they are not brand new they might have signs of usage like darker color etc; that don’t low their efficiency. So Uswatarball is not responsible for any damage but holes. Customers have to check the item within 2 days after receiving it. If you found a hole in the ball you have 7 limited days to return the item for refund/exchange if available. Customer has to contact us by phone or email or fill in the on-line form. If returned product is undamaged by the customer and there is at least one hole found we will issue a full refund with no restocking fees unless otherwise stated in this warranty/ or exchange the item if we have any other specials available (number is limited). All returns must be in "as shipped" condition - same condition as when it shipped and in the same packing materials. Uswaterball reserves the right to charge the customer for missing items, damage caused by customer. Customers are responsible for all the returning fees. If the customer sends the item back for exchange Uswaterball also reserves the right to charge the customer all the shipping fees of the exchange item. All the returned items will be double-checked by the Uswaterball technicians and if there are no holes found on the ball and the customer received satisfactory service and the order is as listed in the customer order details, Uswaterball reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee in addition to any charges required for missing or damaged product plus return shipping costs on all items returned. We do not accept returns for refund more than 10 days after the original invoice or 7 days after the item is delivered whichever is later. We do not accept returns on custom ordered parts (parts not listed on our web site). Uswaterball is not responsible for damage made during the shipping unless you order shipping insurance. If you did not order the shipping insurance and the item was damaged during shipment no refund or exchange can be demanded. Cancellation is available only within 24 hours after payment received. Uswaterball must be notified in writing of a cancellation through the Uswaterball Email Support or by phone. Uswaterball reserves the right to charge a 5% cancellation fee.
